I served as an executive consultant to the Office of the CIO. My responsibilities were to support an organizational transformation initiative with the objective of increasing capacity while maintaining a flat spend. I evaluated the organization for strengths to capitalize on and inefficiencies to address. I created frameworks, programs and strategies that increased leadership capacity, improved the talent pool, reduced operational overhead and vendor spend and better integrated security and governance practices within the organization. I also mentored and coached leadership in their efforts to streamline their teams, better support the mission and instill a culture founded on emotional intelligence, collaboration and open communication.
