• Successfully completed a project to fully integrate EDI into JDSU’s Oracle ERP system which automated over 30% of JDSU’s orders; saving the company money and achieving one of JDSU’s top LEAN initiatives.• Provided global Oracle Advanced Pricing support; including maintaining pricing, creating modifiers and qualifiers, documenting procedures and Quick Reference Guides, maintaining and creating price lists and customer agreement price guides.• Supported Sales and Order Management by completing various projects to automate Oracle; such as implemented daily credit card checks, implemented and supported an Online Order Tracker, developed a Pre-Build process, cleaned up the Oracle customer facing documents to make them more user friendly as well as completing many other projects to accomplish JDSU’s LEAN initiative.• Created and maintained the Critical Order List which was used to get critical, high revenue orders expedited.• Performed internal audit checks to ensure that the Cash to Order cycle was SOX compliant.
