At Vitaflo my main responsibility is to manage and maintain business in New York and New Jersey. I am also responsible for identifying new business and capitalizing on opportunities. The territory has seen significant growth over my tenure. Most recently, it saw 14% growth in 2016, 17% growth in 2017 and 33% in 2018. In addition, to growing the business I have been named Field Sales Trainer. This role addition has given me the opportunity to travel to the other territories and coach my colleagues on a variety of skills to grow their business. I have also been named our CRM super user and assist in training all new hires in the system.
