I'm a published author with two children's books and one memoir under my belt. I also have a few poems and short stories published on various websites and in anthology series.Although I have not worked much in the professional writing and editing field, I am fully qualified and able to take on the tasks that come with any job offered. I have worked as a writer and as an editor on my college newspaper. I am also always writing and editing during my free time. I currently work as the office manager for a small dance studio. Along with all the office administrative duties, I handle the school's social media, website and email campaigns. I have become quite familiar with all aspects of running social media and can handle managing it for a small business.I have also worked in the medical and retail industry. I was the head scheduler for a bustling OB/GYN department. I also helped out with clerical work. I am well-versed in a lot of medical terminology and can handle a heavy volume of work at once.As for my retail experience, I was the Assistant Manager at Claire's Boutiques for five years. I know how to run and manage a retail store as well as handle customers.Overall, my experience in different fields benefits me with any job I take on. I can see things from all different perspectives of the business world and I can handle customers, patients, and clients etc. with the professionalism they are looking for.
