I have spent the majority of my professional career in the area of recruiting, on-site account management, talent management, and organizational & leadership development. I started out working in the scientific realm, which led me into a role recruiting scientific, pharmaceutical and engineering talent. In my current role as Performance Manager with Greene Resources, I manage a team of talented professionals serving the staffing needs for a national diagnostics / lab company with 500+ contract employees and multiple Vendor Partners. Over the course of my career with Belcan, I developed very strong relationships with one of our largest clients and moved into a role as an On-Site Account Manager, which I absolutely love. I have spent the past five years, recruiting and managing a team of 30+ IT professionals to provide Service Desk, Deskside & Networking support for a large international pharmaceutical company. I thoroughly enjoy working closely with my clients and developing innovative solutions to meet their staffing needs. Prior to Belcan, I worked for an Organizational Training & Development consulting company and assisted with the design and roll-out of various management, strategic planning and executive leadership academies or courses. This experience has provided me with the skills to manage and coach employees and work with clients to develop a strategic staffing plan for several large hiring projects.On a personal level, I have been heavily involved with STEM, TSA & robotics education for the past 7 years. I have volunteered to manage the VEX Triangle Robotics League and a MS / HS Vex Robotics Team. I have also been involved with assisting SE Raleigh High School develop stronger ties with the engineering community for a robust internship program for the Engineering Academy and Project Lead the Way programs. I am a military spouse and also served as a Family Readiness Group Leader for my husband’s Battalion for several years and have been involved with Kids on Guard and other Family Programs to support our military families.
