Responsible for the strategic support of Eastern Controls’ growth and business initiatives by attracting, identifying and selecting superior talent to add to the organization. Drive awareness and interest in Eastern Controls as an “employer of choice” both now and for future generations through STEM workforce development programming.- Present Eastern Controls to applicants/manufacturing partners/customers/ external luminaries: career fairs, hiring fairs, throughout the entire recruitment process, workforce development initiatives and relationship development. - Partner with hiring managers, senior management, and key stakeholders internally and throughout our representative network to identify gaps, fill open headcount, manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process from source to onboarding. - Leverage all recruiting resources and technologies to achieve hiring goals; manage HRIS system/applicant tracking; lead team and high-level meetings/discussion around overall people strategy, skills assessment and workforce planning. - Create and manage Workforce Development program for the Eastern Controls organization: develop school visit program and held 2023 Community Career+Education Forum with support of Endress+Hauser Director of Workforce Development.

In my role, I led the development and management of the organization's global social media presence and reputation. I strove to align with the organization’s vision and help achieve its’ goals through strategic, creative organic content coupled with paid social promotion for maximum message amplification. Cultivating an educated and enabled employee force on social for brand advocacy and to drive new leads into the sales pipeline was a major initiative, as well as leveraging our partner and customer relationships.

Responsible for account management, public relations and social media campaigns for breadth of clients. Pitch clients to media, manage social media channels as well as create client press releases and marketing collateral to ensure a cohesive brand image. - Lead strategic PR and social media teams for Joseph Nogucci and Cequent Consumer Products.- Lead Account Manager for Ad Council campaigns (USDA, Arthritis Foundation, US Forest Service and GLSEN). Increased traditional and online media exposure by 20% through blogger outreach and traditional media pitching.- Increased Facebook and Twitter followers for PlanToys over 25% through creative content, contests and giveaways with partner companies and consistent contact with customers.- Directed PR and communications initiatives for Jay@Play brands. Major successes comprise: CuddleUppets featured on The Today Show, numerous industry and media awards and Facebook campaign for ILuvShmoozee reached nearly 40,000 likes in less than one week.

Developed and maintained a program for undergraduate recruitment within the department. Responsible for on and off site recruiting activities by prospecting, interviewing and facilitating candidates to apply and enroll in offered programs. Created design brief and written content for all marketing materials, including website, presentations, videos, brochures, annual reports, newsletters and press releases.- Collaborated with University Relations to promote department events and gain press coverage for major faculty research and student accomplishments.- Increased participation in the engineering program by 30% through the development and implementation of a strategic recruitment plan for the department to align with College and University goals.- Launched the first social media networking sites (Facebook and Linked In) for potential candidates, with particular attention to showcase news and events, promote undergraduate & graduate programs, and promote faculty & student accomplishments.- Taught two sections of University 101 course to freshmen engineering students.

Established and maintained good working relationships with local newspapers and media representatives to increase coverage of hotel events including holiday brunches, weddings, and corporate functions. Developed, wrote, and distributed content for a variety of communication products. Served as primary media liaison for major hotel events. - Identified new key markets and marketing tactics resulting in a 50% increase to the number of events and a 20% increase in revenues. - Increased conference attendance and created greater brand recognition in a highly competitive marketplace.- Developed and executed integrated marketing plans for at least 5 hotel events and assisted with an additional ten events.
