OMH LLC (OMH Dirtworks) is an underground public utility installation & excavation company serving Central Ohio. As a business owner, I serve in a variety of roles, including leading all business, project & contract management, human resources, finance and accounting operations.

Leadership of cross-functional area with broad scope expanding across governmental and private sector plan underwriting, implementation, compliance analysis & assessment, consultation, project planning/execution, and servicing. Established clear vision and transformational roadmap for developing a sustainable infrastructure for role and functional alignment, process improvement, learning, performance management and quality execution. Implemented Administration Support Model and integrated processes around Plan and Loan Program Governing Documents, unique contractual requirements & standards, and execution of recurring performance assessments. Significantly increased quality results in response to adoption of various process improvements and performance controls for Fund Administration, New Business, Plan Conversions, Revenue Sharing, and Loan Program operation.

Public Sector Loan Review Program (2013-15); Successfully balanced project leader responsibilities (scope, quality, risk, schedule, costs) with people-leader responsibilities (associate performance, development, engagement, staffing and attrition). Engaged external vendor and supported the delivery of a Detailed Report of Findings. Planned and coordinated the testing of large-scale plan loan program operation. Created a program governance structure and lead a team of 12 project associates. Developed and executed multiple plans to meet critical business outcomes. Planned and executed site shut-down and business migration of alternate office location on an aggressive schedule. Successful absorption of work into existing Ohio bundled business. <4% case turn-over as compared to goal of <25%. Led enhancements to newly formed Advisor Service team to focus more directly on top advisors and to gain regional alignment with Sales. Execution of Operations service model changes in partnership with BDCG Consulting.

Encouraged and developed a cross-functional Operations department responsible for Continuous Improvement initiatives, Business Readiness, Operations Strategy coordination and oversight, Database Development, Regulatory oversight, General Ledger & Fund Reconciliation, and Participant Statements & Fulfillment. Temporary leadership assignment in Private Sector Retirement Plans.
