Hello!I am an administrative professional with a diverse background of experience in office management, human resources, accounting, event planning, teaching, cosmetology, entrepreneurship, and more. My extensive experience makes me a well-rounded professional who is eager to continue to learn and grow.My first professional love was cosmetology. After graduating from the Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute in Minneapolis, I opened my own salon in Bloomington, Minnesota- Salon Royale. It was through owning my salon, my passion of helping others was truly cultivated and I was introduced first-hand to the intricate administrative side of owning your own business. After six successful years, I decided to sell the salon to focus on my growing family.The greatest title I've ever held is and always will be "mom." After taking some years off to raise my four beautiful children, I returned to the administrative work I grew to love at A Plus Driving School. After a number of years there, I had the great opportunity to work with students on the autism-spectrum of all abilities as a Paraprofessional. I enjoyed every minute working with those kids and still keep in touch with them and their parents to this day. My most recent position was Office Administrator with MatrixCare. My role encapsulated a variety of responsibilities including work with human resources, accounting, event planning, client care, and more. Basically, I was the "go-to" person in the company- if you had a question, you came to me and if I couldn't answer it myself, I'd connect you to the right place. My experience within this company has made me confident in my ability to work in any of the fields listed above.To my core, I truly am a people person.
