These programs engaged 10,000+ individuals annually. • Grew team of educators from one staff to 8 staff and 3 interns. Restructured staffing to enable program growth and employee career growth. • Planned events and campaigns to engage community to end domestic violence such as the annual Light Up the Lakefront event and the OurMusicMyBody campaign. • Planned and facilitated 40 Hour Domestic Violence Trainings, healthcare education, and other training efforts at least weekly.
