• Responsible for service delivery, curriculum development, staff supervision, program development, budget, and evaluation of all prevention and education activities, including the largest teen dating violence prevention program in Illinois. These programs engaged 10,000+ individuals annually. • Grew team of educators from one staff to 8 staff and 3 interns. Restructured staffing to enable program growth and employee career growth. • Planned events and campaigns to engage community to end domestic violence such as the annual Light Up the Lakefront event and the OurMusicMyBody campaign. • Planned and facilitated 40 Hour Domestic Violence Trainings, healthcare education, and other training efforts at least weekly.

• Responsible for service delivery, staff supervision, program development, budget, and evaluation of Court Advocacy Program. Program served 500+ survivors annually. • Provided information, guidance, referrals, and emotional support within the court system to approximately 120 survivors per year. • Coordinated two legal clinics for clients per month with volunteer attorneys. • Provided presentations to social service and law enforcement organizations on topics such as the Illinois Domestic Violence Act, orders of protection, domestic violence, and Between Friends’ services.

• Provided individual and group counseling and had a regular caseload of 4-5 clients. • Conducted outreach to area social service providers to increase number of clients.
