As the Digital Communications Manager at TrueBlue, it is my mission to drive the adoption of the communication and collaboration technologies to enhance communication across TrueBlue companies. Those technologies include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 technologies and examples of my work include:• Implementing a SharePoint-based intranet with 7 central hubs with over 150 connected sites, saving $50k in licensing costs.• Collaborating on the development of end-to-end publishing solution; thereby, reducing departmental workload by over 80 hours each month.• Developing no-code / low-code solutions using JSON and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to meet business requirements.• Initiating a Microsoft 365 training program using Microsoft's Learning Pathways to aid new employees in learning collaboration tools at no cost. Hundreds of new employees have taken advantage of this free training resource.• Advocating for and facilitating the adoption of MS Teams in 2017, while providing extensive training for hundreds of teams, which proved pivotal in enabling smooth remote work during the pandemic. Currently, overseeing Teams environment for over 1,500 teams and 6,500 end users as the key business solution manager.

As an IT Product Manager for Office 365, I helped my internal clients to get the most out of collaboration technologies (e.g., Teams, Office 365 Groups, SharePoint, and Skype for Business) including:• Led the effort to consolidate and migrate hundreds of on-premise SharePoint sites from SharePoint 2003, 2007 and 2013 to SharePoint Online.• Migrated hundreds of pages and documents from a proprietary intranet content management system to a SharePoint-based intranet.

Working with our agile developers to reduce time to market by 30%.
