About Colleen P. Cahill, Ma

Over 30 years of knowledge and experience in all phases of construction and real estate projects, programs and asset management to Kramer Consulting. I have experience across a variety of sectors including commercial office, retail, education, government and international, plus project types including tenant fit-out, base-building repositioning, strategic planning and redevelopment. I have also worked for the State Department’s Overseas Buildings Operations in various roles including Program Analyst, Real Estate Specialist and Project Manager. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Design and a Master of Arts degree in Economics, I apply strategic thinking to all of my projects.
