After spending 20 years in commercial real estate, Colleen made an exciting pivot into the world of performing arts with Spectacle Live, a company specializing in live entertainment and performing arts presenting, talent buying, event marketing, ticketing, production, and venue facilities management. Leveraging years of capital raising experience in the multifamily capital markets, she holds the newly created role of director of corporate partnerships, leading the development of a multi-market fundraising platform for corporate partners throughout New England. Venues in the ever-growing Spectacle Live portfolio include Lowell Memorial Auditorium, Nashua Center for the Arts, Colonial Theatre Laconia, Cary Memorial Hall, Plymouth Memorial Hall, Boarding House Park, Jane Pickens Theatre and Shalin Liu Performance Center. Prior to joining Spectacle Live, Colleen spent 15 years with CBRE Capital Markets with a focus on the Multifamily asset class. Most recently, she specialized in institutional multifamily investment sales as part of the Greater Boston Multifamily Capital Markets team, one of the preeminent multifamily investment sales teams in the nation. Before transitioning to investment sales, Colleen was a senior member of CBRE’s Global Capital Markets team, a group dedicated to international capital and investor acquisitions strategies in the U.S. across property types. In this role, she leveraged global relationships and industry expertise to execute cross-border multifamily and hospitality investment opportunities. During this time, Colleen participated in over $2.5 billion in multifamily acquisitions, development, and JV equity capital transactions.Originally from the Greater Tampa Bay area, Colleen now resides in Andover, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters.
