Colleen is an American businesswoman of Mexican – Irish decent. Colleen Pires, nee “Conroy”, began her career in 1984 in the Real Estate and Banking. In 1994 Colleen privately began investing to renovate and sell single to multifamily properties where she performed administrative and property management duties for these investments. These development projects gave Colleen the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, engineering, and architectural firms plus local, county and state government agencies with various components ranging from affordable housing, grants, HUD, and Community Development.
