Colleen graduated from Wichita State University in May 2015 where she majored in Marketing with an Emphasis in Real Estate. After earning her degree, Colleen moved to Kansas City and joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (BRES) as a retail sales associate for two years. At BRES she was responsible for leasing retail space in existing shopping centers, shopping centers under development, and tenant representation throughout the Kansas City Metro. Colleen has been a senior commercial sales associate at Ferguson Properties since October of 2017. She specializes in retail tenant representation, property leasing, and sales, in Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Women in Commercial Real Estate Development (WIRED), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
