Colleen graduated from Wichita State University in May 2015 where she majored in Marketing with an Emphasis in Real Estate. After earning her degree, Colleen moved to Kansas City and joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (BRES) as a retail sales associate for two years. At BRES she was responsible for leasing retail space in existing shopping centers, shopping centers under development, and tenant representation throughout the Kansas City Metro. Colleen has been a commercial sales associate at Ferguson Properties, Inc. since October of 2017. She specializes in retail property leasing, sales, and tenant representation in Kansas and Missouri. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Women in Commercial Real Estate Development (WIRED), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Wichita, Kansas Area

Colleen was an intern for J.P. Weigand Commercial Real Estate where she mainly assisted with their 2014 Marketing Forecast before moving on to assist the retail brokers. Dawn Truman, President of the company, guided and mentored her as well as Leisa Lowery, Senior Retail Associate.

Colleen worked with Jason Van Sickle, owner of the company, researching different counties and towns where they are planning on building new apartment complexes. She also did some research for other aspects of Jason's business that has to do with the Kansas Rural Housing Conference and his non-profit organization Spero House.
