Since I started teaching entrepreneurship and business in 2004, I've never looked back. I've been involved in startups in the athletic, cosmetic, manufacturing, nonprofit, retail, and technology sectors, but I love teaching more than anything.I've been blessed to work with thousands of entrepreneurs, be they students, veterans, or community members to grow their businesses beyond what they thought is possible. It is my favorite thing to do.My undergraduate degree was in theatre, and it was the best decision I've ever made. It taught me how to lead, how to perform, and most importantly, how to be exactly who I am. While I've now taught at seven different universities (including in South Africa), I've been a nonprofit fundraiser, a for-profit fundraiser, a program coordinator, a waitress, a bartender, and a center director (several times).
