- Have served as the lead designer for 9 projects since joining HBA, including resort renovations in the Carribean, several renovations across the US (some with expidited schedules) an adaptive-reuse project, and some local luxery condominiums.- Have multitasked up to 5 projects at once in various stages of completion.- Participated in site visits for pre-planning and asbuilt documentation, determining scope of work, assesment of existing millwork and FF&E.- Create design concepts, project narratives, presentation materials, colorized plans and elevations, oversaw creation of photo-realistic renderings, coordinating signage and art packages.- Selected architectural and furnishing materials and finishes, wrote FF&E specifications.- Experience in public area and guestroom space planning, new construction and renovation work.- Experience in designing custom furniture, millwork, carpet, and drapery.- Individually completed all documentation for every project I have worked on. - Started with the company as a Junior Designer and over 2 periods of time with the company over an 8 year period became a Senior Designer and Marketing Lead.- Designed and Documented over 200 restaurant interiors including renovations, new builds, custom 1-off designs, implementation of corporate design packages, and creation of new brand standards for various clients.- Full construction documentation, spec writing, finish selections, FF&E selections and custom designs for millwork, décor, and art.- Organized and implemented the interior initiatives of our national restaurant partners, ensuring that the interior packages Casablanca designs and builds meet the respective brand criteria. - I designed my own restaurant prototype design which was approved by the McDonald's US Restaurant Development organization, and was installed in dozens of locations around the country.- Worked closely with the sales team, individual franchisees, and the lead designers of our restaurant partners to develop space plans, furniture, finishes, custom decor, lighting specification & custom artwork. - Worked closely with the engineering department and on site manufacturing facility to ensure quality control and keeping with design intent.- Excels at coming up with creative and cost effective design solutions, and seeing the industry from a manufacturing as well as interior designer's viewpoint.- In charge of all company marketing materials such as product brochures, sales tools to help client and in-house navigation of current corporate design packages, and also presentation materials for our national clients such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's & Arby's.- Prepared email blasts, newsletters, & customer satisfaction surveys.

- In a brief hiatus from Casablanca Design Group I worked with Hyer Creative, a small commercial hospitality interior startup in Inman Park, Atlanta. During my time there I worked on the following:- Helped complete a commercial warehouse renovation into the office & Atlanta home base for the Zac Brown Band & managing company ROAR. Tasks for this project included: site analysis, custom built decor, furniture & accessory procurement, custom art framing, construction documents, commercial kitchen equipment layouts, and installation management. Assisted with Centiva Flooring photo shoot for their national ad campaign featuring photos of the finished space. - Partnered with Captain D’s restaurant chain to help rebrand from top to bottom. I created prototypes for renovations of the exterior façade, dining interiors, and kitchen BOH. I was involved in market analysis, focus groups, and a new logo design as well. - Worked with the Fazoli's Italian chain to cut costs from a pre-designed store prototype, finding more cost effective finish alternatives & creating new brand documentation materials.
