- Transformed existing programmatic framework to ensure the training, certification, and clinical sustainment of 22 ERC Nurses and Corpsmen at 2d Medical Battalion and delivered three ERC courses to 50 Corpsmen of 2d Marine Logistics Group, increasing and improving casualty evacuation and critical care transport capabilities for II Marine Expeditionary Force.- Devised and employed a proof-of-concept partnership between 2d Medical Battalion ERC teams and Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) teams, delivering novel patient evacuation tactics and procedures, and creating the foundation for a lasting inter-command partnership.- Assisted with the planning and execution of battalion level operations and training, serving as action officer for all planning and coordination between 2d Medical Battalion and MARSOC as well as interim Operations Officer.- Established a clinical sustainment partnership between Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Camp Lejeune’s Interfacility Transport Team (IFTT) and 2d Medical Battalion ERC Teams, effectively directing eight ERC personnel in completing 650 hours of IFTT shift work and ten advanced lectures, enhancing the teams’ clinical competence.
