I have built my 20+ year Talent Acquisition career by developing lasting client relationships, creating an authentic team environment, and designing effective hiring strategies for high-volume and high-demand talent pools. During my career, I progressed to senior global leadership roles and led recruiting teams for multiple businesses and disciplines including Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Cloud, Marketing, Construction and Internal Services. Over the last 19 years, I have worked remotely, building and leading Global Talent Acquisition teams from Florida - at times being a road warrior, traveling throughout North America and APAC. While, I am still open to remote work, I welcome the opportunity to be back in an office environment.
