• Support Chief Development Optimist and Head of Stewardship and Storytelling in day to day operations of the development office. • Manage and maintain revenue reporting and projections for the development team.• Oversee communication strategies, maintaining email schedule, drafting correspondences and executing all campaigns in MailChimp.• Draft donor correspondence including visit requests, stewardship notes, and solicitations• Communicate effectively with programming staff.• Track prospect activity for fundraisers’ assigned portfolio of prospects and manage next steps and reports in Salesforce CRM• Create attractive collateral for proposals and donor meetings• Coordinate multiple events each year, overseeing all aspects of event management including invitation lists, prospect and donor outreach, catering logistics, and budget management.

• Support Senior Director and Senior Officer, International Development, focused on closing 6+ figure gifts as part of the $1.3B Dream Dare Deliver campaign • Manage and maintain revenue reporting and projections for the International Development Program.• Oversee complex gift terms and associated paperwork and activities related to closing and stewarding 6+ figure commitments• Draft donor correspondence including visit requests, stewardship notes, and solicitations• Communicate effectively with hospital faculty and the Trust’s constituents including high-level donors and Hospital and Trust Board members• Track prospect activity for fundraisers’ assigned portfolio of 100-150 UHNW prospects and manage next steps and reports in Blackbaud CRM• Create attractive collateral for donor meetings, including complex giving histories and capital overviews• Work all major trust events providing support to the events team and trust volunteers.
