I recently graduated from Gonzaga University, where I earned a double major in Accounting and Finance while competing as an NCAA Division I student-athlete on the women’s rowing team. My time as a student-athlete instilled in me a strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to balance multiple demanding commitments—all of which have been instrumental in my academic and professional development.I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) at the Univeristy of San Diego Knauss School of Business while actively preparing for the CPA exam. My journey began on the water as a high school varsity rower, where I first learned the importance of teamwork, nutrition, and physical fitness—principles that continue to guide me in both my studies and professional endeavors.Most recently, I interned at KPMG, where I gained hands-on experience in audit. This experience further solidified my interest in the accounting field and provided me with valuable insights into the profession. As I continue my studies and prepare for the CPA, I am excited to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve gained to make meaningful contributions to the financial industry.
