- Work on all types of butchery machines- Attend breakdowns on blender, work on satchet machines, work on foot and automatic seals- conceive innovative and cost effective solutions to problems- fabricating and assembling the structural components that make up mechanical systems- Testing and adjusting of all butcher machines- Inspections, analysis and recording of critical mechanical information during the process of undertaking mechanical refurbishing work- Troubleshooting equipment failure - Organising and planning of work - Ensuring all work is carried out to quality and specified requirements on time and documented accordingly - Undertaking installations, testing, commissioning and basic repairs to butchery equipment

- Maintanance of crushers - Maintanance of underground machines eg loaders and locomotives - Conveyors maintenance- Lathe machine- parallel turning, screw cutting, taper turning and boring - Fitting overhauling gear boxes and overhauling pumps (centrifugal both single and multiple stages, vane etc) overhauling compressors - Mantain workshop machinery and hydraulic equipment - Experience in all aspects of heavy fitting including fault diagnosis in machinery- Troubleshooting equipment failures

- Work on Lathe machine, milling machine and boring machine - Fabricating and assembling the structural components that make up mechanical systems - Testing and adjusting of all mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic components and circuits- Cutting, grinding, drilling, welding and manufacturing of small components before fitting to machines- Fault diagnosis in machinery- Maintain high quality standards to ensure that the executed work is in accordance - Troubleshooting equipment failures
