About Colles Stowell

One Fish Foundation seeks to elevate the discussion about seafood sustainability in communities from kindergartners to adults. At a time when more than 90% of the seafood in the U.S. is imported, we need to learn why we should care where, when, how and by whom our seafood was harvested. One Fish Foundation is a non-profit borne of my love of seafood, three decades of diving into issues as a professional writer, and my desire to spread the message.
