I currently work at The tower Hamlets Community Alcohol Team, where I manage my own case load by providing weekly counselling sessions for clients who suffer with Alcohol or substance misue. Where my main responsiblity is to work collaborately with clients who suffer from addictions, by using different Cognitive and Behaviour interventions during counselling to help them to manage their problems, much more effectively throughout their journey of abstinant, In addition to also focusing on different preventative techniques and prevention models, and any unhelpful thoughts or behaviours which may also trigger a relaspe.

As a front of house receptionist/ Administrator, for a busy Sexual health clinic, my main responsibility was to greet and meet all visitors that attended the clinic in a friendly proffessional manner.Where my main duties was to provide administrative support to the medical/clinical staff.which consisted of booking in Patients and registering their personal details on a confidential computerised database.Filing or archiving using a numerical confidential filing sysytem, preparing clinic'soperating the appointments line. providing telephone cover ( taking messages and redirecting to relevant party. I was also responsible for liasioning with different staff within a Multi- disciplinary team, by sharing accurate important information within the team.
