Responsible for sales and development of an $18 million corporate sales division with five sales managers and fifteen sales representatives. Managed key account sales to corporate accounts, achieving revenue goals and executing supplier brand plans. Developed and implemented talent development initiatives to reach targets. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring and training managers. Developed successful Mentorship Program that helped create a career path for entry level sales reps.
