Fundraising for local political campaigns

-Assist in efficient communication between undergraduate chapter and national headquarters -Responsible for meetings to be organised and minuted -Advised chairmen to manage the public relations of the fraternity-Prospecting potential new members to join the organisation.-Execute 50 negotiations a semester between potential new members on why they should become a member of the fraternity. -Generating leads to spark interest in getting people to attend the recruitment events.-Coordinated outreach to alumni members to connect with undergraduate members -Manage documents to keep on record

-Managed a budget for all recruitment activities within a two-week period. -Led and delegated a committee of over fifteen people to set up events and manage the week. -Sorted through around two-hundred potential new members to try and find the people who were the best fit for our organization.-Created a detailed recruitment plan that outlined all things that were happening throughout the two weeks of recruitment and presented it to our national fraternity representatives as well as the San Jose State Administration

Intern for Senate District 31 Richard D. Roth-Assist the field representatives in the office with necessary constituent casework. -Do research on things happening in the district that may be of interest to the office. -Tasked with watching council meetings and reading news stories in the respective cities in order to have knowledge on issues that may pertain to the Senator. -Write and review verbiage for different Senate certificates, thank you letters, and quotes. -Planned a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new district office, that was attended by the Senator along with many other elected officials from the cities under the Seantor’s jurisdiction.
