Booster is an elementary school fundraising company on a mission to change the world. Home to game-changing offerings like Boosterthon and Booster Spirit Wear, we're reinventing the fundraising industry. This year, we're proud to serve over 3,000 schools and 1.8 million students across the country. And we're just getting started. As the Area Director of Booster in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Colorado Springs, I oversee P&L management, talent strategy, client retention strategy, and help build meaningful relationships with school and parent association leaders that partner with our team and use our software year over year.

I lead clients through preparing for a successful fundraising event by understanding their unique needs and tailoring products to meet them.I am in charge of training team members in program execution and customer service. I also schedule each team member. I inspect each program weekly to ensure a high level of excellence for our clients. Lead the retention process with each client and adjust each program off the client's feedback from the previous year.

I lead our clients through the Boosterthon Experience. I am also responsible for developing our team members.

I was in charge of executing a fundraising experience on elementary school's campuses. I frequently spoke in front of large crowds and taught fitness and character.

I guided customers through the rivers at the USNWC. I was in charge of making sure they had a safe and fun experience while rafting.

I oversaw the student ministry at Elevation. I was in charge of developing 100+ small group leaders and managing a pipeline of 40+ leaders. I planned multiple student events where there were 400-1000 students in attendance.
