Reporting with Healthcare data using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Tableau.

• Design and deploy paperless systems to businesses in the workers compensation, healthcare industry. Analyze and observe clients’ business processes and diagram them into workflows. Understand those requirements and create new streamlined workflows that can be configured or developed using a core software product as the framework.• Manage client accounts, provide technical support, work with those accounts to customize the paperless system, and develop new features. • Lead technical trainer: create training material, help documentation, and train clients to use newly released software or features. User types range from medical doctors and nurses to claims examiners and administrative staff.• Work with IT departments to setup electronic data interchange between files and databases. Deal with exporting and importing sensitive bill payment files.• Create customized reports for clients using the data captured from the paperless system via MYSQL queries.• Act as a liaison between end users and the engineering team when designing and developing new features.

CodeGear creates IDEs (Integrated Development Environments), and RADs (Rapid Application Development Studios, similar to Visual Studio). My role there involved working closely with the Technical Documentation Team, taking their XML documentation of Pascal, and C++, and building it into various format types (PDF, H2, CHM) so that it could be integrated into the IDE itself, and made available online for customers. An interesting project that I worked on at CodeGear was exporting thousands of pages of documentation onto a Wiki, that could be viewed and edited by the customers themselves.
