At Coesia, I work as an FP&A Analyst for North America & Mexico. In my current position I am responsible for forecasts, budgeting, financial analysis & financial reporting for all Coesia businesses within our region.• I am responsible for end-to-end financial planning, which includes working with business leaders and executive management• Created financial models to analyze financial performance and KPI analysis utilizing IBM Planning Analytics as a special project from the CFO. Currently this model is being used by the CFO/CEO for monthly review with all business units• Lead the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting process, which includes developing presentations to report to Italy, analyzing the data to develop talking points & work on any questions that arise during monthly review meetings.• Obtained my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & completed projects uncovering cost savings in Travel & Freight costs, directly improving our Indirect Cost. Currently I work closely with the Operational Excellence team in Italy to implement projects/analysis for the North American businesses.• Lead the monthly financial reporting process. Working with our Finance Director & Company Controller, I ensure accurate financial statements are reported to Coesia Executive Management.• For 2021 I developed a company scorecard that analyzed the movement from Budget, Q2 Forecast, Q3 Forecast, Q4 Forecast and 2021 Actuals.
