I am a currently sophomore pursuing a degree in Human Management and Organization with a minor in Business through the Kelly School of Business expected to graduate in 2026. What drove me to attend Indiana University during the Fall of 2022 was the academic opportunity it provided along with the campus environment. By the end of my time at Indiana University my goal is to work in the Human Resources field.Growing up in Elizabeth, Indiana, I faced many challenges that shaped me to the person I am today. Showing cows taught me many a variety of different skills that I carried over to IU for my undergraduate studies. Such skills would include time management, adaptability, and patience. Some skills that I acquired here at Indiana University are communication, leadership, and problem solving which will carry over to future careers. I attained these through giving in class presentations. Which required preparation for the presentation, along with working with my peers. Incorporating both my skills at home and my skills learned here at IU, I believe that I can thrive and achieve in any situation given to me.
