I have been extremely fortunate in my life due to a supportive network of people and the opportunity to have attended North Dakota State University to acquire my Business Administration Degree. I have been working at Konecranes since the summer of 2014 and was hired on in their Management Development Program. In this program I have been afforded opportunities to work in many different roles from supervisory to sales positions. I am currently in a supervisor role based in Milwaukee WI. In this role I manage all service work from material acquisition to invoicing, while maintaining open communication with our customers to ensure their needs and expectations are being exceeded. I enjoy dynamic work environments and excel in team positions as well as an individual. I feel that by creating a respectful work environment you can achieve the greatest level of success because all parties feel they have an impact. I thrive on exceeding expectations, and building lasting working relationships.
