I am responsible for art concepts/execution in the production of marketing communications for print and electronic mediums as well as development, programming, design, and administration of the various agency web projects. I work with the Creative Director and/or Copywriter as a team, and also work as a part of a team with other designers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Design creative products according to strategic plans.- Work with other team members in production of creative products.- Work with vendors to establish print specifications, and estimates.- Art direct photography, video or film sessions as required.- Write copy/headlines as needed.- Make creative presentations to client as needed.- Stay abreast of issues concerning key clients/industries.- Review/proof all production materials before release to Account Executive or client.- Serve as Account Executive to some clients as requested.- Help develop, design, program, update, and administer agency and client website on an ongoing basis.- Help identify and research emerging e-marketing opportunities and technologies.- Partner with 3rd party technology vendors on agency and client projects as needed.- Help train and acclimate appropriate staff on various web technologies and software titles as needed.- Assist in network administration and agency infrastructure development as needed (troubleshooting, research, purchasing, training, installation, etc.)

I work as a digital designer & producer in the online department of the Lafayette Journal & Courier newspaper. I'm responsible for the design, maintenance, and content of the various online products we publish.

Worked as a graphic artist in the prepress department of the Lafayette Journal & Courier newspaper. Was responsible for many of the advertisements that appeared in the various products we published.
