Responsible for 5-axis mill program development and fixturing as well as hands-on machine testing of programs. Preparing for production handoff by working with operations, preparing PFMEA/PPAPP documentation, and generating work instructions.5-axis programming of impellers wheels using Mastercam and proprietary software add-ins. Design and manufacture of mill fixtures using manual and CNC machines. Running prototype and test parts on Mikron, Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas mills. Verifying part accuracy using CMM and manual inspection.Actively involved in Solidworks API development for automation of engineering tasks.
