I'm a Software Developer, Gameplay Programmer, Game Designer, Tabletop Game Designer from Chicago, Illinois. I am a flexible individual who has experience with every aspect of the game development process and understand the language of designers, programmers, and artists.I have been making games since I was a kid, creating the fun experiences at sleepovers and playdates. I have always found joy in setting up an experience for someone else to have fun. Games gave me a chance to share my love for game craft with others. I make video games and board games with a strong understanding of game design, how to work well with others, and how to be adaptable.I am also a proficient programmer, graduating from DePaul University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration on Game Systems in one of the country's top rated game systems programs, and I was on the Dean's List for the entirety of my time at DePaul.I am adept in various programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, Java, and more. Proficient in visualizing and actualizing data structures into manageable and scope-focused software.I am adept in abstracting and focusing ideas, maintaining the interplay between themes, play, fun, and mechanics. Creating mechanical implementations for abstract ideas is something I'm particularly strong with.I excel at creating a positive work environment. Good at project management and leadership taking a inclusive approach to team management. I embrace new ideas and encourage others to do the same.I pick up skills quickly and am eager to learn. I spend much of my time improving skills and learning new skills, including but not limited to Photoshop, Cooking, Mathematics, Web Design, German, and more.
