I have a long standing work history of on time and under budget delivery of projects and safe performance since 1989. My experience is diverse in both the oil & gas and commercial industry in Alaska. I have over 33 years experience delivering multi-discipline engineering projects including major oil company infrastructure, military fuels infrastructure, commercial buildings and developments, managing departments and leading people. As the PBU field was originally constructed in the mid 70's, the bulk of work is considered Brownfield with the complexities of implementation within the aging existing infrastructure. In the role I oversaw the MGS Engineering program of work in Pre-CD, and the GC-1 Wet Gas piping replacement project through IFC documentation in preparation for Summer 2017 TAR delivery. The Wet Gas Piping replacement project was installed ahead of schedule and under budget with greater than 99% fit up first time of complex piping within the existing modules. This excellent result was in part due to the robust dimensional control plan developed and utilized.
