Operations Manager
Current- Continuous improvement and optimization of operational company-wide processes, policies, systems, and reporting.- Creation of key performance indicators and reporting methodology for all teams and departments.- Direct oversight of all financial management, reporting, planning, systems, and controls; directly reporting to the owners of the company.- Director of hiring and training for all departments in the company.- Development of better human resources practices.- Supervise and coach team members on a daily and weekly basis to drive operational efficiency and improve optimization.- Direct marketing and advertising strategy across all company channels.- Project management and coordination of projects at various residential apartment complexes.- Preparation of weekly team meeting agendas and materials to share with the owners of the company.- Oversight of monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of the organization's financial performance regarding budgeting, financial, and operational goals.- Optimizing short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.- Management of the overall business budget alongside the owners of the company.
