Negotiated favourable lease terms for ongoing project.Designed venue, organised Development Approval, Liquor Licence, Construction Certificates and Project Managed to completion. Acting Site Foreman.Further managed the venue to profitability.

Successfully launched and managed three restaurants and one boutique hotel, delivering exceptional business results and training teams to sustain growth. Secured and managed a $950,000 Private Equity Fund for hotel acquisition and development. Implemented strategic operational and marketing initiatives that increased profitability and business visibility. Led negotiations with investors, raising $240,000 for hospitality ventures, further demonstrating expertise in client relations and business development.Created a new Private Equity Fund of $150,000 to acquire and develop a Boutique Hotel Accommodation in Pyrmont.Negotiated and extended lease.Designed and Project Managed the refurbishment of this venue in a hands-on manor, working side by side with tradesmen, acting Foreman. Managed to completion. Further managed the venue to break-even sustainability, before handing over to new Management.

Training managers and staff on sales techniques, guest engagement and retention, brand knowledge. Managed this business internationally, based in Sydney, organising and supervising Bar Consultants from Australia, Mexico, France and Denmark.
