This is where I transact my personal Real Estate Investments which includes obtaining entitlements, underwriting, deal structuring, buying cash flowing assets, and other real estate related activities.

I help Utah State University students screen through potential real estate projects and help guide the program to be successful. PREF Partners is the Utah State University, student ran, real estate fund/arm with funding of over $10 Million.

As a Co-Founder at Elevate Development, I played a key role in leading day-to-day operations, including deal structuring, property acquisition, underwriting, large-picture planning, and project management. Working closely with Engineers and Architects, I played a significant role in the master planning and product selection process.During my tenure at Elevate, we successfully acquired and master-planned over 340 acres of land throughout Utah, resulting in a pipeline of projects valued at approximately $200 million. I worked directly with various cities such as Spanish Fork, Springville, Washington, and St. George to obtain entitlements and collaborate on the best use of the land for the community and its residents.

As a member of the Brixton Partners team, now known as "Next Step Warehouse," I obtained my real estate license and played a vital role in property acquisition. My contributions involved identifying ideal locations for industrial warehousing, researching alternative building materials, putting potential deals under contract, construction management, and leading the marketing and advertising for the company.During my time at Brixton, we managed over 500,000 square feet of industrial space under construction or in the entitlement phase. I oversaw the construction of a concrete tilt-up building in Lindon, UT, working closely with city inspectors to ensure compliance with mandatory codes and making necessary adjustments. I also played a key role in the sale of individual condominium units in Lindon by putting contracts together.In addition, I helped manage a mid-sized light industrial project in Bluffdale by overseeing the General Contractor bidding process and selecting appropriate construction materials. I successfully secured over $400,000 in impact fee credits from the city of Bluffdale and managed the entitlement process for the project.
