My years of customer service and service industry jobs have granted me the opportunity to craft my skills in active listening, problem solving, multi-tasking, and time efficiency. Throughout my career, I have been granted the chance to even coach, train, and mentor other team members both new and veteran. Being awarded Team Member of the Month and tasked with training new hires within the first year at a new company have been some of my greatest highlights showing I am able to grasp concepts that the company values and apply them to my performance while helping other hone theirs. Now, with my CAPM I look forward to expanding my career and getting into more Project Management roles moving forward. My excellent communication skills and ability to hear other people's problems sincerely help me fit this role nicely.
