Overseeing and directing all operations of of 5,000-member non-profit youth soccer club. This includes managing a team of program directors who manage over 300 coaches, working in relation with the board of directors, fundraising, development, and operating the club's 37-acre sports complex.

Coerver is known as the world’s number one soccer skills teaching method. Based out of Seattle, I oversee all our programming in Oregon, from camps and clinics to year-round soccer schools. I also design new programs/curriculum and offer continuing training to our Oregon coaching staff.

Capital FC took over operations of Portland Timbers U23 in January of 2017. My work with CFC now includes management of the Portland Timbers U23 team, an amateur soccer team that play in the USL's Premier Development League. The team serves as a development platform for T2 and the first team, and we have the privilege of working with some of the best college soccer players in the country. In our inaugural year being in charge, our program was a finalist for PDL Franchise of the Year, marking our program as one of the top programs in the 84-team national league.

My passion for teaching led me to mentoring underprivileged high school students as well as making coffee at IKE Box. Mentoring included on-the-job training, weekly meetings, as well as working through classroom teaching sessions on basic life skills.
