In collaboration with a compact marketing team, I effectively managed all aspects of creative content and marketing for a rapidly growing business with 22 employees. By conducting comprehensive market research to inform competitive strategy, I skillfully redesigned the logo, crafted engaging social media content, and oversaw the implementation of a website revamp.

Responsible for engaging and connecting with guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about lululemon's community and culture.

Collaborated with a small team of designers to select fits, and design tech packs that delivered greater functionality to customers. Performed technical analysis of garments including fit, construction, and overall design aesthetic. Reviewed garments for production and made sure that samples met specs as requested.
