CurrentI lead and oversee the HR Partner function of 50+ HR professionals for 14,000 associates across 500+ locations. I have built the HR Partner structure with strategic thinking, talent minded leaders and streamlined HR Generalist processes, which has enabled an improved associate experience and increased HR partnership.In addition to the HR Partner function, I direct the HR due diligence, change management, and integration for all mergers and acquisitions. Since moving under my team, we’ve driven drastic improvements in the seller and new associate experience, eliminated mistakes and miscommunication, and streamlined a quicker integration which further enables the company’s rapid expansion.
