I started as a Workday Integration Analyst at Aon Hewitt in July 2015. I have three clients that I help maintain and develop integrations. This includes updates to current integrations through change requests, development of new integrations, and a lead for root cause analysis if an integration were to fail. Through my time as an Integration Analyst, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in XSLT coding, XML, and XPath. I have also gained a high proficiency in working with Workday Studio. Before starting at Aon Hewitt, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Economics and Global Studies. I chose to be an Economics major because I enjoyed learning about the cause and effect of real world events on the economy, as well as thinking analytically and critically about the information. I then went to Wake Forest and earned a Masters in Management degree. I decided to attend the Management program because I wanted to combine the knowledge and skills that I learned in economics with practical business skills.
