I’m a speaker, author, and mental performance coach who has a deep passion for learning and teaching the power of the mind, establishing winning habits, and creating a championship culture. I’ve authored seven books and two journals dealing with high performance and I am the host of Master Your Mindset Podcast. I was a 2-sport D-1 athlete, Pac-12 Champion, captain, and Academic All-American. In my previous career in medical sales, I earned multiple rep of the year awards, #1 national finishes, and was a National Sales Trainer (influence, leadership, and sustained success all come down to elite mental skills). Aside from creating my own peak performance consulting company (Master Your Mindset), I am a frequent mental conditioning contributor with Russell Wilson’s company, Limitless Minds, where we take competitive thinking from sports, to the corporate workspace. I’m also the Director of Mental Conditioning with UCLA Women’s Basketball (Go Bruins!). I believe that the mind is our most powerful tool, but often under trained.
