During my internship, I was directly mentored by the Area Manager and was stationed at five Enterprise locations in the Northwest area of Columbus. Exceptional business management and collaboration was crucial in order to maintain Enterprise’s high-level of customer satisfaction. I cooperated with all employees within each Enterprise location to monitor customer export and import of vehicles to assess remaining inventory available to incoming customers, verify that all vehicles are accounted for, and to track employee sales. Also, I gained extensive sales skills by working directly with customers and was named one of the top 20 sales members of Columbus during the peak month of July. Also, I collected extensive research, such as background checks and crime scene reports to be used in cases.Achievements-Worked heavily on a winning $1.5 million case in which I worked directly with clients to ensure satisfaction of the documentation I provided.
