Among my contributions were the following: -- Resolved customers’ system questions in ways that resolved the issues and earned positive sales references for the product. -- Developed test functions that alleviated shortcomings in the test automation infrastructure. -- Created a “catch-all” component through which new system commands could be temporarily hard-coded until permanent components were developed. -- Identified and resolved unmet customer needs by regularly interacting with selected customers to understand their operating environment and technical challenges.
