I am currently a third-year student at Miami University, majoring in finance. During my first year at Miami University, I have gained and strengthened skills in communication, collaboration, critical thinking, using databases like SQL and Excel to gather data, create and deliver professional presentations, and problem solving. I also had the opportunity to take the First Year Integrated Core Client Challenge for our client, FC Cincinnati. Our problem was to create a model to increase fan attendance. I led the data analysis portion of the team and loved working as a team member to present a solid solution to FC Cincinnati.My current job at Micro Center as a Customer Service Representative has also given me new skills. Through this job I have found my love for sales. Thinking through scenarios on how to best approach different types of customers and provide solutions to their needs. I loved the visibility of both my individual results and that of my co-workers to consistently achieve higher sales results and receive recognition for top performance in my store location and across all Micro Center stores.I am thrilled for my future and to discover new opportunities that come my way.
