As I have almost completed my freshman year of college, I have encountered countless of new experiences changing my life so much in so little time. But at the end of the day, there are certain aspects about me that haven't changed because this is truly who I am.Dependable- Whether it be working on a group project or having to take care of a task for someone, I have always put my best effort forward to ensure them they have nothing to worry about. When a manager, classmate, friend, or family member can trust me to complete a task for them then their is less stress on them allowing them to focus on another task and further better themselves. That being said, view myself as a very structured person. I have exceptional organizational skills that will assist me in accomplishing tasks, making sure nothing slips under the table and all the work gets done. I take commitment very seriously and hate to let the team down. Leader- During high school I was the captain of my soccer team along with being enrolled in a leadership class my senior year. In this class I was assigned freshman to mentor throughout the school year which is where I felt like my true self because I could see the impact I was making. Also, I excel in cooperation within a team, leading to more quality work getting done due to effectively incorporating all the beliefs of the group into one final product. Drive and motivation- I have always been heavily involved in sports my entire life. Often times I would get home late because of a game, practice, or meet. Despite my involvement in sports and loads of school work I was always able to balance everything through my constant hark work and commitment to be successful. I am an extremely motivated individual who doesn't let personal problems or outside factors distract me from completing my work.
