After starting my career with automotive suppliers such as SOFEDIT and PCI, I joined the PSA-STELLANTIS Group. For fourteen years, I held various operational management positions in the fields of stamping, machining, fitting and prototyping, within the French automotive terminal plants. Subsequently, I took over as head of the stamping tooling and vehicle project engineering division for the Group's European sites.In 2009, I joined La Poste Group as director of industrial site modernization projects. In 2012, I took charge of the new PIC Bordeaux Cestas industrial site to ensure its ramp-up, before taking on the role of National Director of Technical Operations in 2016. In this role, I was responsible for property and industrial maintenance activities (1,000 machines, 300 sites), as well as the deployment of the world's first fleet of electric vehicles. In 2018, the CEO of the Services, Mail and Parcels branch entrusted me with the executive management of the Brittany region, to lead the transformation plan there, and regulate the social climate.In 2020, the Group's Chairman appointed me Deputy Director of Operations, overseeing 100,000 employees, with the mission of deploying strategic transformations across France.This included developing local services, overhauling the last-mile supply chain, and driving change in human resources. I also took charge of the managerial stream to support the development of senior executives, becoming an internal Lean Six Sigma certifier.In 2022, the Chairman of SEGULA Automotives asked me to join the Segula Technologies Group, with the aim of developing industrial and manufacturing activities internationally.I also took over the general management of the integrator entity specializing in automation and robotization.In 2024, I was appointed Director of the Group's Automotive Industrial Strategy.
