I am a graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas with a major in Human Resource Management. Working as a recruiter I have focused on the importance of finding top talent and constantly following up with them so that they understand what they need to do to fill one of my jobs. Most important is knowing how to communicate clearly and effectively so that they are never left confused and continue to ensuring they stay interested in my position I have for them. Having moved up to part time management, I have learned about the importance helping with hiring new employees, assisting with on-boarding new associates, training, inventory management, deposits, and assisting with creating weekly associate schedules. Through working in customer service I have learned a lot about the importance of proper time management, how to be efficient and effective in the work place, as well as how to appropriately communicate with both the management team and customers on how to fix anything that is below the proper standard.
