    I am assigned to conduct monthly data verification and validation of reports received from all 12 districts, and conduct daily data surveillance (review) on priority diseases; COVID-19, Poliomyelitis, Yellow fever, Meningitis, Measles, and other diseases of Public health concerns. The monthly compilation, analyzing, and monitoring of immunization coverage for quick actions and corrective measures and data management (caption of data using updated reporting tools and results collation to the national/ program levels) of Expanded Programme on Immunization during National Immunization Days. Preparing monitoring and evaluation reports of various Districts and writing annual reports for dissemination for decision-making and documentation using the holistic assessment approach approved by the Ghana Health Service Headquarters. Training of health care providers through On-site Training Supportive Supervision (OTSS) on data management activities using rslog app; good record keeping on family planning and comprehensive abortion care (CAC) service provided. I also conduct data audits on case management, use of standardized reporting format, completeness and timeliness of reports, report writing, and proper documentation.
